The SB1A Solaer koi and small pond aerator represents another breakthrough. Our SB1A Solar powered aerator for ornanmental ponds has been designed to provide nearly continuous aeration for ornamental fisheries and koi pond applications. The SB1A contains one highly efficient brushless 12VDC (brushless 12 vdc series compressor that draws a maximum of 0.7 amps, while delivering upto 7 lpm (0.25 cubic feet per minute) via one efficient air diffuser to your ponds bottom. The SB1A can deliver up to 7.0 psi pressure and is designed for ponds with water depths no greater than 10 feet for most applications. A complete automatic system with one 180 watt solar panel, complete automatic timer and smart box system that allows you to set the most appropriate run times for pond aeration and oxygen transfer. One sealed 98 hour deep cycle solar battery provides plenty of run time and backup during cloudy periods. Comes with 50 foot of Alpine heavyset selfweiged air tubing to deliver air from the unit to the pond air diffuser. The SB-1 package system includes, 1-180 watt solar panel, 1-814 high volume compressor, wiring harness, 30 amp charge control center, adjustable manifold, 1 each-9 in duraplate™ non-clogging maintenance free diffuser, small fiberglass cabinet with sound reduction package, 1-210 amp hour deep cycle solar batteries, fittings package, 12/24 volt smart box convertor, no tubing included and 2.5 in SP mounting structure. Customer to furnish a single 2.5" sch 40 steel pipe 8-10 feet length for mounting solar panels. Optional automatic solar tracking system available. Upto 20 hours per day run time. SP mounting structure. Customer to furnish a single 4 inch sch 40 steel pipe 8-10 feet length for mounting solar panels. The SB4 package system includes, 2-180 watt solar panels, 2-828 high volume 24 VDC brushless commercial compressors, wiring harness, 30 amp charge control center, 4-valve adjustable manifold, 4-9 in. duraplates™ non-clogging maintenance free diffusers, large recycled plastic cabinet with sound reduction package, 2-225 amp hour deep cycle solar batteries, fittings package, 12/24 volt smart box convertor,4 in. Solar Panel mounting structure. Customer to furnish a single 4 in. sch 40 steel pipe 8-10 feet length for mounting solar panels. Optional automatic solar tracking system available. Unit can prevent winter of summer kill. See ice off picture for winter operation. Each Duraplate diffuser will keep water open and 02 levels high to prevent winter and summer kill. 20 hrs. run time per day. Order self weighted SW1/2 inch feeder tubing (sold separately) as each location requires various lengths of air feeder tubing. A rule of thumb is at least 100 feet of SW1/2 in. tubing per diffuser.
